I'm an optimist who loves engaging with people. 31 years in the nuclear industry and currently working as an Operations Team Leader and Operations Planner. Very proactive in health and safety with a NEBOSH certificate in the subject. I also gained a level 5 diploma in business management at Manchester Metropolitan University last year. I was nominated again this year as Union Learning Rep of the year in Wales by my Union. The TUC shortlisted me last year. Hot news I have been awarded Wales TUC ULR of the Year!
