So pleased I have just been notified I have won ULR of the Year in Wales 2011.
I was short listed last year, so it spurred me on to do a bit more this year : )
My Union asked me to put my name forward as do other unions in Wales, and the entries are judged by Wales TUC.
An award will follow at the Wales TUC ULR conference next month.
Made my year !!!!!!
